Residents of Mojisola street in Ifako-Ijaiye community have cried out on the increased number of people especially youths have turned the area into a mini hub to peddle drugs and other banned substances.
Sources in the community told Eyes Of Lagos that youths including teenage girls now openly smoke Indian hemp and use other hard drugs in the area.
Eyes Of Lagos  gathered that there was pandemonium in the area yesterday, Wednesday, April 25, 2018, when some residents who fear for the impact the situation could have on their kids protested the actions of youths.
It was learnt that the issue was also brought to the attention of major stakeholders in the community including the Community Development Association in order to find a lasting solution to the menace.
According to a source, residents now fear to use the street for fear of being attacked by the drug peddlers. “If you passed through that place yesterday (Wednesday), it was something else completely.
